Apart from this, several number of music is arranged in several rituals. The researcher makes sure that there will be several lists for all the big moments. The music list includes wedding morning playlist, ceremony processional, and ceremony recessional. The researcher has decided that other wedding rituals are designed with other music band. For cocktail hour, reception entrance, cake-cutting and dance music, the researcher has hired the music band Status Cymbal. In order to make little difference than the above mentioned music category, here the researcher has arranged string quartet where two violin players, a cellist, and a viola will be there to entertain the client and their guests (Woolf 2015). In these rituals, only classical music will be delivered. Further, in the dance music the researcher has categorized the theme in more than one dance form. There will certain music for father-daughter dance, and for mother-son dance. At last, after the wedding party, special dance music will entertain the wedding couple. Other activities Besides all the rituals, some other activities are considered by the researcher in order to add some fun activities. At the beginning of the party, a dance team of small girls of age 10-12 years wearing white dresses will entertain people with a dance performance. The dance performance will take place at the garden space of the wedding venue. A game plan for the kids who present in the party will be arranged in a separate room. The adult age groups can participate in other sophisticated wedding games. A couple-dance party will be arranged by selecting cards from bowls. The couple dance party will be arranged at the ground of the venue. Event Closure Plan At the end of the event, a dance theme will be organized with little boys aged of 10-12 years. Classical songs will be considered in the dance performance. After that, an emotional music will be played by the band Harmony Duo. The researcher included the emotional song as per the clients willingness. At the exit time, the kids will be served flower and chocolates. Budget After planning the entire arrangements, the researcher has made a wedding budget paper in order to help the client to make sense about the total wedding cost. The budget will help the researcher to change the plan if required. The total budget is calculated as 80,000 (approx) (Refer to Appendix 1). Besides, the client needs enough time to arrange all wedding requirements. Thus, the researcher is asked to present the wedding plan along the wedding budget before starting the arrangements. The budget plan includes all the arrangements along with their costs that would help the client to understand where he can expand or restrict the budget. Conclusion The study concludes that the client of the wedding party prefers classical arrangements and based on that the wedding event is planned. As the event manager, the researcher pays prime attention to the menu and music. Vintage wedding theme is the wedding theme that will take place in Birtsmorton Court Ltd. Further, in the menu, wide variety of dishes is included. Apart from the main arrangements, the researcher has decided to arrange some entertain activities to entertain the guests. Besides, special event closure plan also made by the researcher to make a proper event ending. The budget plan would help the researcher to proceed as per the wedding plan. The entire wedding plan is made by considering the choices and preferences of the client.
